An innovative cutting board that makes prep work a breeze. Use the two trays to separate chopped food from scraps and to transport and transfer with ease.

Two pull out trays expand the work surface of the cutting board during use, creating three separate areas for cutting, storing and disposal. The trays can be removed to transport food to the stove and scraps to the trash, and are easy to clean and tuck away when not in use.

User Study

Through analysis of user behavior when chopping to prep ingredients, it was observed that the task can get messy and disorderly very quickly, especially during transport. The proposed solution aims to streamline the process, reduce mess and ultimately save time.
